Farhan Akhtar's Don 3 has been one of the most anticipated projects. However, it has faced a couple of casting setbacks after the stars were announced. Kiara Advani and Vikrant Massey had earlier quit the project. While Kiara has been replaced with Kriti Sanon, the hunt for Vikrant's replacement is still on. If recent reports are to be believed, the makers are in talks with the Tamil actor Arjun Das to portray the antagonist in the film.

The film has unfortunately experienced multiple delays and casting changes. According to the latest reports, there have been changes in the antagonist's casting. Vikrant Massey was rumoured to be joining the movie as the villain, however, he reportedly left because of the character's lack of nuance.
