Born on September 7, 1999, Samreen Kaur hails from Jammu and Kashmir. Her mother is a government college professor, and her father is a businessman in the educational supplies sector.

She first gained national recognition as a finalist at the Femina Miss India 2018 pageant, where she represented Jammu and Kashmir.

She completed her BCom (Honours) from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune, before pursuing a career in the entertainment industry.

Samreen gradually made her mark as an actor with appearances in several projects. She made her Hindi film debut with Kabir Khan's sports drama ‘83 starring Ranveer Singh in which she played the role of Simran Singh, Ballu's fiancée.

Samreen was also seen as Charu Raina in ZEE5’s legal thriller film ‘Nail Polish’. She has also a part of Punjabi film Sardaar Ji 2, starring Diljit Dosanjh.

She is a popular face in the Punjabi and independent music scene. She has appeared in several music videos alongside leading singers such as Badshah, Guru Randhawa, Jubin Nautiyal, Jass Manak and Maninder Buttar, among others.

Apart from films, Samreen has built a massive social media presence, where she regularly shares fashion, travel and lifestyle content.

She recently grabbed attention as she made her relationship with cricketer Arshdeep Singh official. Sharing loved-up pics with him, she simply wrote, “My person.”

Speculation surrounding Samreen and Arshdeep first gained momentum during the IPL 2026 season, when she was spotted supporting him and the pair were seen together on several occasions.

Before Arshdeep became official, Samreen was rumoured to be dating YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani. However, both publicly denied the rumours, maintaining that they shared a close friendship.
