Microsoft Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Satya Nadella has called for a measured approach in the race to artificial intelligence (AI) stating that the pursuit of superintelligence needs to be in control of humans and that serves to enhance humanity.
"Any pursuit of superintelligence has to be grounded in the core principle that if the AI we build is not helping humanity and under human control, it's not worth pursuing," Nadella said on social media platform X.
