Amid the rising onion prices, Consumer Affairs Secretary Nidhi Khare on Friday dismissed reports that claimed that 30 per cent of the government's 1.21 lakh tonne onion buffer stock had rotten, maintaining that the stock quality was good, according to news agency PTI.
