<a href="https://www.mid-day.com/business/business-news/article/aster-dm-quality-care-to-invest-rs-1315-crore-in-karnataka-23641531" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Aster DM Quality Care</a> Ltd on Friday said its subsidiary Chemistry Intermediate Holdings Ltd has acquired a 14.21 per cent stake in STS Holdings Ltd, a Bangladesh-incorporated entity, in a deal worth USD 44.11 million.
The acquisition is in line with a merger framework agreement executed on November 29, 2024, Aster DM Quality Care said in a regulatory filing.
Chemistry Intermediate Holdings Ltd is incorporated in Mauritius.
The acquisition was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad bench, in an order dated June 19, 2026, it said.
