Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday spoke on the importance of keeping the city clean and said that awareness needs to be spread among people about hygiene and sanitation. Yadav also appreciated initiative taken by 'Jagran Pehel' taken in this regard.
