Actor Kunal Kapoor is all excited about an action film, which he is co-writing and would act in as well.

Besides, the 38-year-old actor is working on a comedy and a dark romantic film.
"There are three films that I am working on right now.
One is an action film and I am very excited about it as I have never done action before.
"The other is an ensemble comedy film and then one is a dark romantic film. All three films I am co-writing... I am co-developing," Kunal told PTI.
The scripts of these films are ready and Kunal will begin pre-production work soon.
"We have locked the producers as well. It is exciting to be part of a film right from its inception. The only time I have been involved in a film is for 'Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana'," he added.
The leading lady of these films are yet to be decided. "No nothing finalised yet. We will start process now," he adds.
He will start shooting for one of the films in February. Meanwhile, Kunal is also excited about his play.
"I am busy with a play and that opens at Prithvi film festival on November 13. After long time, I am doing a full fledged play. It is a complex character. I am looking forward to it," Kunal said.
